WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A refund will be provided, less a 25% processing fee, if notice of withdrawal to office@hectalks.com is received before April 20. Registration is non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event or presentations due to insufficient registration, or circumstances beyond our control.
in-person attendees requiring a travel visa
In-person registrants who require a travel visa to attend the conference, please ensure your visa has been approved before registering. If you are unable to attend in person your registration will be moved to webcast and no refund will be provided at any time.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WEBCAST?
We will be using Zoom Webinar for the webcast. You will need a good internet connection in which Chrome is the recommended browser. If you are unable to connect while in a hospital or office your location may be firewalled.
DO I NEED MY VIDEO OR MICROPHONE TURNED ON?
You will not need to turn on your video or microphone to participate as we will be using the Chat and Question functions.
I AM UNABLE TO USE ZOOM AT MY LOCATION.
This event is a Zoom enabled activity and will require you to use the video technology to participate.
