Student and Resident Attendance
In order to qualify for the student/resident rate, you must be carrying a full-time academic workload (other than by correspondence) as determined by the post-secondary institution in which you are enrolled. Proof of qualification will be required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, along with the original receipt of payment, on or before April 19, 2024, and will be subject to a 25% processing fee. Refunds will not be considered after April 19, 2024. Registration is non-transferable.

For in-person registrants who require a travel visa, please ensure your visa has been approved before registering. If you are unable to attend in person your registration will be moved to webcast – there will be no refund at any time.

HEC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to insufficient registration or circumstances beyond our control.

HEC reserves the right to revise the agenda at any time due to circumstance beyond our control.

Photography and Feedback
Once you have registered for the conference, you automatically grant permission to HEC to use any photograph, video, screen capture, or voice recording taken during the conference events and activities on HEC communications materials, including print and online, with or without the inclusion of your name. HEC also reserves the right to use any conference event-related tweets, quotes or feedback in future material.
